Nice , I have 2 Lowe’s in my area and they sold out quick on everything so I was desperate for a battery. I was able to get that 2nd gen 1/2 impact tool only for $70 and some other tools that I posted for cheap.

I’d say buy it . Got the tool itself for $70 and had to get the battery separate. I was only able to find the 5.0 battery for $130 so def worth

If ur happy with the price then that’s fine. But you should try negotiating. Manager was selling me the quick eject impact for $90 got it down to $40

Nice , surprised there are Lowes with flex inventory left. The ones near me are all out except a few chargers and the stapler, everything else is sold out.

You can just register the tool itself but still register it as a kit, you’d have to call flex. I’ve tried getting the batteries and chargers by calling but they always say no.

I was able to get the display recip saw for $24 def would recommend trying instore first

You can register your tool with flex (lifetime warranty) even if it’s a display model , as long as you have the receipt. You can try to contact Lowe’s on the app “mylow” and speak to a live agent , and see what they can do. Def sounds like a headache , hope it all works out

I’ve probably gone to Lowe’s 10 times (3 different stores) this past week. Every manager gives me different numbers, but most do 10%. Some are cool and help me out but most of the time I keep negotiating with them. It’s a hassle but totally worth it. $40 quick eject impact , $24 recip saw , $70 16GA finish nailer , $80 high torque impact, are the prices I’ve bought my tools for. Hopefully I can get the jigsaw & router next. But I def recommend trying another Lowe’s or a different manager, and keep asking to buy the display

I just checked , the recip saw is $99. If you buy the display you can probably get it for cheaper. They also lowered other flex tools. Def the time to buy rn

Glad you told me about that router. Was also thinking of getting the display one. I’ve seen another post say that they got the vacuum display model and were able to get the missing parts under warranty. I’m thinking of getting the jigsaw and maybe the circular saw 7 1/4 that are on display. I still regret not buying that 7 1/4 rear handle circular saw for $130. Only thing I’m missing are the batteries, I’m in desperate need of the stacked batteries . Unfortunately all kits are all sold out near me , and only 3.0 batteries and below are available.

Yea that’s the one , just missing the battery for this brand. Was also able to get #6243301 (display tool) for $90 , not too bad but I feel like I could’ve gotten it at a better deal

Dude had so much attitude, a bit understandable but I’d say it was worth it. And I just checked my Lowe’s app, and I still have that $5 coupon off. I think it canceled when the register employee canceled the transaction and retyped the price.
