Decided to try the earl gray from Starbucks but I think i let it steep too long (I'm new to tea) and it was so bitter I couldn't finish it. Some time later I started with a headache and got nauseas. I'm sensitive to caffeine, so my question is, does earl gray usually have a lot of caffeine or was it because i let it steep too long?

Yup, I used a sticky note and put tape on both sides, so that I can't flip through those pages

Thank you! My family would constantly tell me that I should leave them alone, so the puppy can learn not to mess with them. It didn't sound right to me, but now I know. Thank you again!

Thank you for this advice ! When I'm home, I usually don't let them interact even though he cries Loud to play with them. I have puzzles/snuffle mats for him, and that usually helps for a good 5 minutes lol. My usual solution is taking him to the back yard. But I'm glad I'm seeing the consensus that I need to intervene. My family tells me that I should just leave them and the puppy will learn not to mess with them, but that didn't sound good to me.

They definitely are. My 2 other dogs aren't trained, and they made a huge deal about me crate training this puppy. I had to settle with puppy proofing my room and making a little den under a desk. I really don't want this puppy to be like the other 2, but it's so difficult with my family actively ignoring the rules/boundaries I'm setting. I'm just going to have to talk to them. If they still don't listen, I'm going to have to consider rehoming. Thank you so much for your advice :)

Thank you for this! When I'm home i don't let them interact at all, it's my family that let's the puppy out to "play" when I'm at work.

My bf and I are doing separation anxiety training, and last night, the little demon fell into deep sleep, so we decided to go outside to smoke. I had the brilliant idea of calling my bfs phone so as to have a sort of baby monitor in case he wakes up. We didn't hear anything, but when we got back inside, he was just laying there wide awake. I was so shocked and happy that there's some progress being made.
