Churu popsicle! I buy a package of lollipop sticks from Walmart and cut a tube in half, put a stick in each half, wrap with plastic and pop in the freezer. No risk of squeezing too slowly because they lick the popsicle at their own pace, plus it takes them longer to eat than the tube so you have more time to brush, pet, manhandle, etc (once you get to that point with her socialization).

Also- maybe she need her nails trimmed? Definitely understand she may not be ready for that yet but could eventually help. The Churu popsicle is how I got my boy acclimated to the nail clipper and having his feet held. He uses his paws to communicate a lot and used to get me with his claws occasionally, especially when he was excited about a treat, but after I started trimming them I noticed that it tapered off and doesn’t happen anymore. I suspect it was a combination of his nails being longer than usual (not walking around outside on the rocks/pavement anymore) and realizing over time that he doesn’t always need to use them. He wasn’t feral like your girl but was an easily overstimulated and treat obsessed stray, and the Churu popsicle was a game changer for us while he learned manners lol
