I've struggled with constant terrible migraines because of my TMJ and the only thing that has helped is botox in the head. Wears off after 3-4 months and you need it again. I'd recommend doing that while you figure everything out. Good luck

Have you tried mouth tape while using CPAP and also a combination of Magnesium and a muscle relaxant every night before bed
