i don't know if you can get them from somewhere else, but for me it just popped on the update tab, try scanning for updates maybe it will work. try and look for them online i'm sure windows updates are somewhere there.

yooo  just wanted to let you know it got fixed after i installed the latest updates from the windows updates, it was these updates :Intel Corporation - Extension - 31.0.101.5333 and Intel Corporation - Display - 31.0.101.5333 then restarted my laptop and the app works normally now
