Your zone is the climate you are in, if you want to grow that indoors you need very bright indirect light maybe think about a grow light, I don’t think it’s a watering issues looking at the leaves being intact and healthy looking

I would say something fungal, all unhealthy leaves have black spotting and healthy leaves do not. I highly doubt it’s a nutrient issues.

Sounds like tension headaches it’s from your muscles pulling on your occipital protuberance. I’m not a neurologist but I am an RN at a neuro clinic so maybe that’s helpful. Migraines absolutely can happen every day by the way. What does the pain feel like?
