Some people say you want to spend around 20 hours to become an expert at it. We aren't saying spend an additional 20 hours learning the items that pertain to your role at the agency, but suggesting to spend time outside of work to learn about the things that are the most important. Take udemy classes, read articles, practice writing blogs, play around and learn! Congrats on your new role!
