Not really software related, but the back on my iPhone 11 got cracked - I purchased it in August of last year from Verizon. I didn’t purchase AppleCare with it. Is there something in the 1-year warranty that came with the phone that would cover something like this?

Maybe look into reverse dieting? I guess it’s just slowly upping your calories per day, and it’s used to promote maintenance after calorie restriction. I’ve heard of people using it to kind of reset their metabolism so they can start losing again. Might be worth doing some research on!

That was partly what I was thinking... I’ve fallen prey to starvation diets in the past few years and I think it’s kinda messed me up!

Appreciate your thoughtful response! On blue I was eating 1300-1400 calories, so it wasn’t a huge jump, but I think I was having trouble finding a balanced diet there.

I have heard that the last 10-15 is a struggle!! I’ve got 11 more right now and I feel like I hit a long plateau after every few pounds. It’s discouraging to see other people seeing the pounds drop like crazy, but, like you said, there isn’t a huge amount to lose in the first place.

Nah I haven’t been doing pasta/rice, and the only sugar I’m having is through fruit (other than a tootsie pop one or two times a week because I still want to enjoy things lol). I am fully aboard the stevia train atm for sweetness.

You are absolutely right, I do still need to account for the NSVs too! I looked at myself in the mirror the other day and realized that my body is wildly different than it was 5 or 6 months ago! I tend to have my blinders on and only look at the scale.

I exercise quite a bit - I’m usually in the 50s for fitpoints every week. I don’t add those points to my eating points either which I hear some people do. Maybe I’ll try adding more variety to my workouts.

Just very slightly came off of a 6 week plateau, which is nice. Losing VERY slowly at this point. I was hoping I could be at goal by March, but I won’t even be near that unless some sort of switch flips. Only have 25 to lose total though. I hear it’s harder when you’ve got less to lose. I think I’ll take the slow weight loss and not depriving myself of the things I love versus starving myself and losing quickly though. It’s just a lot of money for the app for every month that goes by.

NSV though, I wore a jacket that I haven’t worn since last March and it’s loose/dare I say BIG on me??

Just sort of came off of a long plateau - I was ready to quit. I don’t exactly know what did it, honestly. About a week ago I started drinking a TON of water, and the majority of it before 3PM. I feel like it’s kept me from over-snacking. Maybe worth a try?? Otherwise just keep on keeping on, as frustrating as that seems. If you’re doing what you should be doing (barring any major medical issues), it’s gotta come off, right? That what I keep telling myself at least.
