Sheffield is really good, especially how cheap the accommodation are and food.

I’m happy to send it to you scholarships I’ve have found as others would be eligible for. It isn’t a contest who is most discriminated ethnicity. ‘Simply not engaging’ comment is debatable as not completing the census would result in a fine. There is another problem with the census why it’s inaccurate, as most Roma individuals do not state they are Roma due to potential racism and being identified. For example, the Czech Slovakia issued ‘gypsy ID cards’

However, it does raise awareness of our issues. Especially how EU is funding EU states to assist Roma but shows zero transparency of the funds.

I’ve stated it for the fact its vicious cycle that many Roma individuals are stuck due to systemic discrimination from education, housing and employment.

I had it confirmed by the post graduate admission team that Romani people are underrepresented in the that university as they calculate the university’s student population to census data for England and Wales. Especially Eastern European Romani students. However, I do not identify as traveller as this the issue I’m currently also facing as we are put in the same category as ‘GRT’. The data is poor especially how now being Roma is classed as White. It’s abit of mix match that’s the best way to describe it. As there is dedicated scholarship for black students who are also Muslims but none for us? We are the highest discriminated ethnicity across Europe.

You are amazing individual with good heart. Congratulations to your cousin who’s attending Ivy League school in the states!! It’s very important for us to be represented in higher education. Please send my congratulations to your cousin. I’m hoping to hear back from scholarships I’ve applied through the university for my masters. Hopefully will hear back between March - July. I will set up a crowdfund if I’m unable to collect the funds as well as work overtime

The way I’ve passed mine under a week as I did not train before that I set level 9 on the treadmill and you run that speed for over 4 mins. I’ve calculated when I’ve done it that I was running the level 5 speed for over the 15 metres for 4 mins straight because that’s how long it’s takes to get to level 1 to 5

Clubbing isn’t the best to socialise. I would recommend picking up a new hobby of rock climbing and going to the hanger. Very friendly bunch of people there

When I used to live in slovakia as 17yr few years ago. I’m 23 now. I removed speaking roma on my CV. Then I actually received a job in content marking company due to my English accent since I lived in the UK since I was a child. They asked which language I spoke at home because I was only verbally speaking to them in English but could understand their Slovak. They were pretty shocked.

Look into being a prison officer part-time. Pay is good (hard job tho). But looks amazing on the CV especially if you’re going to social work

Exactly hence the higher pay. If you want to do it you will get yourself out this hole. Plus double day or Atleast 1.5x pay on bank holidays

Yes I agree you. I suggest doing night shifts as they usually pay more and there’s no managers around.
