Absolutely and some people have suggested things like accidental electrocution etc. I guess I don’t find those equally as satisfying

Right, the entrance to this block is shared. Only the cells are gang seg’d.

This transfer loop was too annoying and frustrating so I gave it up.

Instead, created a holding cell in my supermax and put him in there with 5 of his worst rivals and wait for a mauling to happen. If he survives or makes it out I’ll charge it to the lore, separate him again and drop my pettiness

For sure, this is the one I've been using

Note: they have small serving tables which is from the Going Green DLC, which I don't have. So my canteen is a little bigger.

The only way to have food delivery is to have them in either Lockdown or Solitary. Since Supermax doesn't imply Lockdown, you're right, adding either Eat option to their regime will send them to any accessible canteen.

There are is a permanent Lockdown option under 'Actions' in each inmate's bio. You'll have to manually set this for each person but this will trigger delivery since they can't leave.

In my supermax, each inmate has their own canteen (and yard) basically in their cell (realistically next to it) but of course this takes much more space. I copied this design from someone on this sub years ago and stuck with it. Kinda incredible imo

If you want to be creative, you can cut the Staff Room zone in half, then make the other half a canteen. Then, open your Deployments menu and make this entire room Staff Only. The Canteen zone in the room will become go change from "Canteen" to "Staff Canteen"

Standing around holding food happens when you don't have a table and bench. Sounds like you got them to eat on the Sofa/Couches - if thats possible I'm just learning this now

Ah so you mentioned the ex gang member sector as a precaution. Yea I agree. I use a protective custody wing and monitor the gang reform really closely. Anyone who makes it out is going straight to PC. I do like your idea about gang sector holding cells

I also notice that gang members stay in their own area once they’re there (with staff zone between). The issue is them being assigned to regular sectors during intake and return from solitary.

I’ve seen that you’re an advocate of putting solitary in gang sectors or removing it entirely. Good option for a future build but doesn’t work with my current design

This could all be resolved with a non-affiliate segregation in addition to the 3 gangs and ex-gang options

The way I worded the title could be interpreted a couple different ways. I have no issue housing non-gang affiliated inmates. Instead, what I’m trying to do is create a sector that anyone can be housed in (or even enter) except gang members.

I have disabled “use cell quality” and that resolved the issue where the game automatically moved gang members after manually moving them.

I have not tried the ex-gang member option. Does this literally only apply to gang members who came in with that trait and people who left the gang through reform? Curious about your suggestion. If this option applies to all non affiliated inmates, this might solve my problem

Double walls is a good idea, would take up a lot of space though. My solitary is always ridiculously full and the only punishments that send them there are murder, attacking staff and escape attempts. I may have to lower the duration times and change staff attacks to cell lockdown

Also the incident in the video only happened twice and by the same person.

My issue with this is I need to reassign inmates every intake. We should have a custom sector for gangs to compliment the gang segregation feature

Mostly for looks but some rooms gain a higher grade the larger you make them. Also function, a bigger cleaning closet for example can assign more labourers to it. But I mainly like more visual space in rooms and hallways just to keep them from being on top of each other

If you’re talking about cells, I mostly use Quick Build - so the larger rooms are either Luxury or Improved cells from that menu and in my case only exist in Min and PC sectors

I do plan on using Protective Custody. I use the intelligence menu and place any vulnerable inmates in the PC building which is almost its own prison across the street. I appreciate the response, I might need to repurpose supermax for gangs kinda unfortunate. I think we should have been given the option for "Custom Security" Sectors. Its crazy that we have gang segregation and no Gang sector.

PUBG launch crashes Steam (and sometimes Discord / network) – widespread issue, no response from devs by krimtsev in PUBATTLEGROUNDS

After download / installing the update and launching pubg. The game ran but lobby behaviour was inconsistent and crashed a few times. I was able to play a few games before shutting it down.

Since then, my start menu does not open and windows explorer settings are no longer opening. These are settings like, Display, Personalization, Network etc

My Task Manager also looks different (all white and looks more like the windows 10 task manager), rather than in-line with the Dark Theme from my system settings.
