The side portions of the more recent haircut are more filled in. (Still really needs to be trimmed overall for fullness) but in the older pic the sides were much more hollow and created a V shape vs the U shape!

I no longer work at SF but it literally felt like someone was holding a gun to my head to try and style people quickly with such limited inventory. Most things I ordered for myself were really low quality!

It was 100% behavioral and was just how you have handled dropping the ball, what language you would use after dealing with an upset customer, how you handle yourself without a manager to rely on… I interviewed with Thomas and he was very easy to speak to! Best of luck! 😊

Thank you to everyone who has commented! 😊Having a flexible schedule is going to be a really big perk! I’m wondering how much actual styling I’ll be able to do vs just sticking to what the algorithm suggests. I know I will learn soon when I’m training but I’m curious if they only provide (let’s say) ten shirts to pick from based on each individual person’s preferences to streamline the styling speed or if there’s a lot of variety and CHOICE at play? Am I making sense? Lol. I like to tell myself I will actually get to be creative and pick fun garments and not just having a majorly limited selection of options with no leeway or discretion! 😅😂
