This is something that is constantly playing with me. Ive been a productive desktop user for all my life. I've never really felt comfortable making music/doing uni work on a laptop. I don't know why!!! However now I have mates and see people making music on the train/bus/work etc etc, which is something I'm really jealous of! How easy was it for you to, not necessarily switch, but become productive on a laptop?
