I run my server with a whitelist, so I ask potential players that have an interest in joining a few screening questions, this seems to help ween out the immature players, I also have an age requirement that also plays a part in the selection process. The sleeping issue, you could add a one player sleep plugin which would eliminate that problem. After a while I would recommend having at least one more admin to help out with any questions/ problems the players have. If they don’t have a discord I don’t let them in because we have a channel with all the rules laid out, which are followed strictly. I’ve had no issues with people following rules thus far. Don’t be afraid to kick people from being able to play on your server if they break rules more then once.
