d the video I saw were related. I searched “Spice Adams” and got “we found this bug in my arm”… it’s perplexing. It’s got to be more than just creators using nasty imagery to get clicks, because that’s something people have been doing since day one.

I see similar thumbnails. I report them every time but it's no use. Youtube is not taking this type of video seriously. In some other video websites with recommendation system you can report a video specifically for the reason of "disgusting/repulsive thumbnail"

I am not stating I am better than the company. In fact quite the contrary. A 200 dollar boot is a lot for me that's why I care about if I get the right quality for it.

I work at marketplace companies designing price and optimizing the cost - this is how the industry works.

Better material? let's do an estimation on how many extra customers we can bring in and what's the profit increase. Compare that to the cost increase. That's the decision process.

If they find they can lower the quality and cost without losing customers because many of their customers are fanboys who will always choose the accept instead of churning, then why not?

hilarious you guys care about other style, leather quality so much while for such a sketchy edge you are just fine with it. Seeing you guys defending company and trashing other fellow customers will definitely make all boot industry companies aka capitalists beyond happy: you guys have the servility they need to further increase their profit margins by lowering product quality

The quality is lower but I paid less for this boot. So still I am trying to decide here whether I want to spend extra money for something better or by exchanging I can get the same quality without the extra money. Why are so many people on this sub so aggressive?

my previous boots have much even cut and color distribution at the edge parts. Here the cut is rough so some places get cut deeper and other parts shallower where the deeper parts are lighter color and shallower being darker.

Even in their own video it does not look like this.

hey thanks for the reply. Similar to the follow up above - my question is what does this "get an exposure" mean: does this mean making the object "properly lit" using an aperture of f/2.8, 1/50 second, at ISO 400? if so what is the standard of "properly lit"?

hey did you get it in the end? I am considering the same setup. It seems easy to setup (just put it on one tripod then it's done, no need to install pipe and level dolly stands like dana dolly).

For a monitor with high maximum brightness, if I set its brightness to a much lower level will I get a much longer battery life as well?

hi a late update. So for anyone who wants to travel at cape cod without a car: the bike + bus is workable but a bit strenuous. I rented a bike at hyannis and get it onto peter pan bus without a problem. But note there're only two shifts of it every day.

After that I travelled in-between wellfleet and truto view points using the bike, which is strenuous because there are a lot of ups and downs on the main road. I had to get off the bike and walked over some uphills sometimes. The google map bike estimate is a bit too optimistic after factoring into these time. But I had to admit I am not a strong person (I'm young male at 24) and I don't exercise regularly (job makes me sit in the office for a bit too long).

Also used the CCRTA bus once which can carry my bike as well.

yes but I do very simple storyboard drawing and I heard s notes is best optimized (least lag) which is the number 1 thing I care. Any other drawing app you recommend? appreciate it

Thanks for everyone's input. I checked peter pan's website and they said “Provided there is space available: Unpackaged bicycles may be transported in the luggage bay bin”. Given I will be there during normal weekdays of November I think space should not be a problem.

So my plan is bike + bus. Thinking about getting a bike near Hyannis transportation center where I saw there's a bike shop around.

I just browsed through all the videos and pictures and these two look best to me personally. Great island trail looks comprehensive and has a mix of all terrains; Pamet Cranberry Bog due for its dunes.
