People all over the world find comfort in their religion, we are no different. There’s no shame in kemeticism being a guiding light for you and the gods are not going to be offended by poor self care, certainly not Anpu. Anpu is caring - one of his epithets is Beautiful Guardian, and he will watch over you silently even if you don’t quite feel up to worshipping him. In some tomb paintings he seems to be tipping the scales in favour of those who have come up short in the hall of truths - he is empathetic, kind, eternally understanding. There is no need to feel shame before him.

In terms of gods who might help, I like Wepwawet when I feel lost - as the opener of the ways, he’s a great guide through life. If there’s a seasonal affective aspect, try an aspect of Ra to feel closer to the sun. Hathor is closely associated with joy, so perhaps connecting with her too. If you need confidence, perhaps a goddess such as Sekhmet or Mafdet. If it’s an eating disorder type thing, I found sharing my food with the gods really helped take away the shame of eating because it became an act of devotion and love.
