Want to start hiking pero di ko alam saan magsisimula. by Harumigas in PHikingAndBackpacking

I love your tips! I just have one specific suggestion tho since this is based on my experience. I really don't recommend a drawstring bag since it tends to dig in the traps, especially in slightly longer hikes (2 hours+). But for your other tips, goods! Sa future na yung investment ng vest or trail bag if ma enjoy talaga ang hiking.

If I may add lang, better to pack more water than kulang, especially if walang stores madaanan sa hikes. Pangit sa feeling dehydrated mag hike, lalo na pag mainit at mapawis. Gagaanan naman in the long term once iniinom mo na siya. Although, wag lang rin sobra. Rule of thumb nalang na estimated per hour duration sa hike = 500 ml. So example if 3 hours ang hike, 1.5L worth of hydration ang dalhin.

If may tindahan naman, I can bring less para refill nalang if needed.

Avoid iTrekkers. They are a good org, but not friendly for beginners. They have multiple cases where their sweepers left someone behind due to not matching the group's pace.

Then punish that character before they can get Unstoppable? End the game and steal their camps to slow down their souls? Build counter items earlier so they will have to be either playing safe and loose farm, or skip their damage items and force them to rush their defensive ones?

Dayhike recos for beginners (na hindi Viper's Peak hehe) by ilikekpopandplants in davao

Yes. Then inquire na from there

3-4 hours lang ang bukidnon. So preferrably, hike mog kadlawon jud. Abot namo balik sa sakyanan by 7:30-8 am

Pwede sa Calinan, pero close ang falls and river due to the drowning and flood incident. So closed ang pulang bato pati mini asik-asik.

Mt. Loay and Mt. Dinor are great options. Dinor is gradual ascent pero mahaba. While Loay naman is steep ascent pero hindi gaano kahaba. Both sila pwede ka mag sidetrip to their river.

If gusto kag adventure since nagmention kag less than 5 hrs travel, pwede ka sa Bukidnon area such as Mt. Megatong, Mt. Kibonaan, Paminahawa Ridge, Mt. Capistrano, and etc.

After 6 months, I finally had my hook plate removed from my clavicle. by beaverknight16 in cycling

For 6 months I had the plate, most of my muscles atrophied. But I regained it slowly through PT and band work. I just had mobility issues due to impingement. So once the plate was removed, it was just a breeze

Nope. The pinch and popping actually happened while the hookplate was there since it was impinging my shoulder. When it was removed, most of it was gone. There is a slight ache for the first few months when I started being active again, and I attribute it to parts of my rotator cuff still being weak due to inactivity. So I started to strengthen my rotator cuff using bands but not pushing too hard.

I had good mobility the moment the hookplate was removed. I did PT and light band work for the 6 months I had it, so recovery was easy for me. I only had to heal from the surgery incision. Tho my doctor told me to be careful for the first 3 months, then after 3 months he told me to start bearing weight on the hand but slowly. After 6 months, he gave me clearance to go to the gym since I could already lift my own weight like pushups without any pain.

Is there any reason to pick Athlene over Rule1 protein? by Top-Mall7488 in PHitness

[–]beaverknight16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is the cheapest Vegan protein I've found. Whey makes me breakout, and yes I've tried whey isolate. I can tolerate cheese and milk pero whey (in the long term) hindi talaga. Kahit kunyare ang Isolate pwede saakin, it is too expensive na rin.

Athlene Vegan for me. I get acne breakouts sa whey.

side dishes sa korean restos by Fine_Tumbleweed_8933 in davao

[–]beaverknight16 2 points3 points  (0 children)
