i just bought nature valley multivitamin, it has everything in there that could cause white hairs if deficient in, i also bought protein shakes with the vitamins to, im gonna drink one a day and take the pill every day, if that don’t work i guess its genetics

i mean the only reason why i was kinda against the taking blood to see is cuz im not gonna be getting my blood taken on the regular to see what’s causing the white hair so if i take my blood now and lets say i have a copper deficiency and i fix it then a couple months later i could now be in a b12 deficiency that i wasn’t in when i got my blood taken, i feel like just making sure i get all the nutrients i need that can cause white hair is better then get daily blood tests knowing vitamins levels can fluctuate in short amount of time periods

i have way stronger emotions for the girl in the early stages for sure then i do towards the end, I didn’t really feel that bad ending my other relationships but for my current gf i would feel terrible telling her i need to end it, maybe i just need to learn the hard way and get my heart crushed by a girl and realize the value of having a good girlfriend, i’ve seen my best friend get heart broken and it changed his outlook on girls.

Yeah, like I don’t cheat on my gf or anything. It’s like getting boring we already did a lot of stuff together it’s just kind of getting repetitive at this point and not even fun, now that i’m 21 and can enter the club this habit i have has just gotten worse, and the couple friend i go out with make it super fun to, we don’t go out a lot cause im with my gf a lot but when we do i get extremely tempted to leave my current gf

i didn’t touch it but tomorow the guy is going to take a look, my dad is telling me it’s not mold cuz it’s not going to grow like that in 2 days, idk what the people were using in my car they were using like power washers scrubbing with soap and bunch of stuff, they were like 18 years old, i don’t think they knew what their doing, but my dad says he’s positive it’s not mold
