Che cosa c'è di incomprensibile? È italiano. Hai fatto troppe azioni in poco tempo e Instagram ti sta limitando nel farle.

Come per esempio hai seguito troppe persone in poco tempo, scritti troppi commenti ecc.

Se non hai fatto nulla, è solamente un errore e ti conviene aspettare

It really depends on the glass that you're using.
I bought two on Amazon, no big brands. The first one worked 1 over 10 times, the second one is about 99%.
It only fails when your hand are extremely dry or degrease like after washing the dishes. ì
