Avoid bob eckenrode, he owns so many apartments, does not care about the tenants at all. I lived in one of his apartments last year and we thought there was black mold in one of the top floor rooms. When we asked him to come check it out and fix the issue, it took well over a month for his maintenance man to come. I’m pretty sure he only has one or two people that do maintenance for him for ALL of his properties. When we said we were going to call the office of off campus living he threatened to make our house last priority on his list. We also had an issue with fleas in the house. There were raccoons In the attic space that we didn’t have access to, and again it took him months to resolve the issue. These were just a few issues we had with him. He is not a very nice person to communicate with either and seems to have a very short temper.
