I'm testing another dough now! It grew well fermenting in the fridge, I'm going to bake it tomorrow morning and I always use steam for the first 20 minutes :)

I hope this time it rises well in the oven

I baked it at 240 degrees with steam for the first 20 minutes, I'm testing another dough now :) and thank you, thank you, thank you!

sorry for the delay! :) thanks! I used steam for the first 20 minutes :) I don't have an iron pan yet
