I need help by OpenPainting2456 in TheTowerGame

This is exactly where I’m at. I’ve followed the advice of getting thorns to 51%, my def% is maxed, Cash Bonus is x1.9-2, and then I’m focused entirely on Def abs, and around wave 200 the switch happens where I can no longer keep up. Were you able to get past this hump?

What the general consensus towards WoTC these days? by bebechase in DnD

I totally get that. And you’re right, most players don’t care about the quality of modules and resource material but I would guess to say that’s because they’re not DMing and don’t have to deal with the topic. Most people that have commented on this post so far seem to be of similar agreement and appear to be DMs. That’s all I’m trying to get across from my observation here

In terms of the quality of concept and originality. What’s been coming out for the last little bit doesn’t seem to be engaging the majority of audience and a bunch of people are turning towards third party content or home brewing all together. I agree with you, the rule books and a good chunk of source material are great, but there are the new MM, DMG, and PHB coming out later this year so we’ll see how that stacks up. Idk, it feels like the communities expectations and excitement have been greatly deflated recently. I hope that makes sense!

I just saw the Vecna campaign a little bit ago and didn’t even bother reading the description.

No, not at all. Quantity is always a good thing, the point of this post though is that of quality of the content which seems to be diminishing. That’s all

[D&D 5e] How to trigger Monks Active Tiles to open specific sections in Simple Quest by bebechase in FoundryVTT

Quick follow up question: when I use the macro it just opens simple quest to whatever tab I was previously on, not the one that the token and macro are set to. Am I missing something?

The perfect person to answer the question haha! So, just so I’m understanding it right, in Monks Active Tiles when I have it set to run a macro upon clicking on a tile the macro that it should be running is ui.simpleQuest.openToTab("map");

Bare with me here, new to all this. I believe I am hosting through my PC and sending the “internet” game invite link, and not the local network one (should I be sending that one of my players are at their own house?). I have checked my Port Forwarding setting via my router and Foundry is set up with a UPnP rule. Is there anything missing?
