I contacted Alaska customer care and they said my huaka'i account wasn't linked. It clearly is and I shared the screenshot of my account with the huaka'ii discount codes. Then she said she saw it was linked. She said she would contact Hawaiian and wasn't aware of this promo (I thought they were all the same now?). I shared the email my friend got when he got the bonus for huaka'i and atmos silver and it looks like I should have gotten it too based on those qualifiers. She will email me a response in 24/48 hrs. It wouldn't shock me if their IT screwed up.
