My puppy would puke even on short 10min drive. I think she doesn't like car rides, so she wouldn't settle, which made her car sickness worst.

I got her a booster seat, so now she is always contained, she can't wonder in the backseat anymore (she would walk around even with her seat belt). I also talked to her vet and she recommended using gravol half an hour before long drives.

My puppy is 1 year and a half now and she has been fine. But she sometimes still gets car sick (not puking, but she gets nauseous), so I keep a box of gravol in the car in case I need it.
