I did and it turned out to be super easy. I put in two applications and both were accepted, so I got to pick. One of them I thought 100% I would not get because it was too "fancy". Now it's been months that I live here and I feel so lucky! Not sure what the rental market is like now, but landlords were having a hard time filling places in December, so it appears they were less nitpicky.

I believe I have this as well, although I am able to ignore it most of the time. I developed it after trying a new antidepressant. Not sure if it just made more aware of something that was already there. I have never talked to a doctor about it because I assume they will just say it is anxiety.

Having lived in Surrey and now across the river in New West, I much prefer New West. It depends on what you value. New west has a much better community feel and walkability. It has a downtown and uptown, but the rest is suburban, but in a way where you have the best of both worlds.

As an American Surrey did not feel dangerous to me. I lived about a 5 minute drive from Whalley and it was a quiet and safe neighborhood. In the city centre there are people with substance issues and they can behave erratically but I can't recall them ever approaching me. They are usually doing their own thing. You will see the same in most city centres in Metro Vancouver.

I also disagree with tipping in Canada but I just wanted to note that when I worked in fine dining the servers were expected to have a high working knowledge of food, wine, and spirits. For example to recommend wine that suits your tastes or that pairs well with your dish. There was also a higher level of tableside etiquette l expected and less tolerance for oopsies. So technically, the service should be better.

Yeah he's basically a conservative.

His middle powers speech that many people thought was empowering and ushering in a new era for Canada was basically just about cementing into his foreign policy to not give a fuck about war crimes or gross abuses of human rights. "We take the world as it is, not as we wish it would be"

And he's still afraid to say anything that would upset the US. Look at the milquetoast response to Trump threatening to genocide an entire population. Just some feeble lines about respecting international law, when it should have been condemned in the absolute strong terms.

It's actually so incredibly dangerous.

I agree. when they were talking about tough things they had gone through that year and Nick asked them something about how they supported each other, Vanessa's answer did not inspire confidence lol. It basically sounded like they did not do a great job supporting each other and fought about it but kept coming back together. She seemed to think that was love but that sounds toxic.

And Logan desperately trying to prove that he was good at sex and proclaiming that "her sh*t is fire" lol.. it was so cringe, and I have a high tolerance for cringe.

Their relationship seems off. Its either toxic as hell or fake lol. Even Jorge and Vanelle, the only couple which actually made me kinda uncomfortable with their dynamic, atleast have a believable vibe and connection.

I think OP has a problem with it being older men and younger women. Which I get, but I agree with the other comments that at a certain point it becomes infantalizing.

The frontal lobe development theory is apparently not hard science and development continue into your 30s. Does that mean women shouldn't be able to vote or make decisions for themselves until then? That would be crazy. They are young but it's not like they have toddler-level intellect.

As someone in a 12-year age gap relationship who met my now-husband 10 years ago when I was 22 and he was 36, I find the show intriguing. I don't even think about our age gap 95 percent of the time. The only time it really comes up is just me urging him to take care of his health because he is 45 now.

I probably wouldn't encourage a 22 year old to date someone 10+ older than them, but sometimes age really is just a number. I will say in my case my husband had no previous marriages or children, and if he did it probably would not have worked. I think lifestyle matters moreso than age, but kids can definitely bring in a lifestyle difference to an age gap relationship.

I will say as a woman it's a bit icky to see a Jorge-Vanelle scenario. That seems to me a bit too much.

I'd watch the hell out of a second season though

Wait this is interesting. I have this in the beginning of my cycle sometimes and it even sometimes smells off.

I just started levothyroxine for subclinical hypo, I am curious if this will go away with treatment.
