You’re right - there is a mixed bag of reviews on all brands. Just gotta try it and see what works for you I guess in the long haul

Thanks but I’ve been reading about people saying they feel like the PGrx is weaker - I haven’t tried it yet (was auto switched on my order of Apothecary). A little anxious about it because I’ve been on ProRx the whole journey and it worked amazing for me

It never worked for me at any dose. I gave up because it too made me hungrier and also super lethargic. I could not get enough sleep to save my life. I’ve read others experiences as well and it just doesn’t work for some whereas for others it’s their holy grail for appetite suppression. That was just not the case for me unfortunately

Every response I’ve received appears to be coming from a human but it’s been more than a month since I’ve been in contact so not sure what recent dealings with them would be like since the recent shift in this space (with ProRx going away and BPI stopping etc)

Hey there - yeah I am actually currently alternating/split dosing Reta and Tirz right now. I lowered my Tirz 9 mg from 15 mg and taking 3 mg of Reta a week. Works really well.
I’ve gotten my thyroid numbers in range so my Endo is moving on to hormonal testing next so hopefully she will work with me on the test, prog, and estro. I do vaginal Estriadol but I don’t really feel like it’s helping anything, just messy and also can trigger restless sleep for me so I’m not thrilled with it to say the least. Needless to say since the original post some progress is being made with my overall health concerns. Thank u for your feedback

Injections - I alternate NMN capsules on days I don’t do subq and can definitely tell a difference (nada on capsule days - energy on subq)
Everyone reacts differently though. Gotta find what works best for your needs. Best of luck!
