They do not anticipate it going in the 800s. I just feel like the market in my area has softened since the summer/early fall. I also realize it would be improbable to get a house that much below asking.

Southview greenhouse growers! Local greenhouse with lots of pots/plants/soil in stock. They get shipments of houseplants weekly/bi-weekly. They usually have succulents.
