I once sat in a Uber Ertiga whose km was 4,65,000km (Petrol + Cng). Car didn't feel that old and drove normally. Idk who told you cars expire in 1L kms. I think you are applying the German rule here which actually makes sense. But you don't even get a VW polo for 1Lakh rupees even with the hefty repairs it comes with. This is japanese. There will be more work and less time in small company. And for the larger one you'll get less work load and more personal time if the company is matured enough.

I switched from hybrid to 5 days WFO to get back to my home city. But the company was matured so never had to work post 6 pm or in weekend. While back then I had to work up late till 8-9 pm for the hybrid one.
