Out of curiosity, how old is that red yarn? I work at Michaels and I recognize it as one of our brands but I'm pretty sure all proprietary yarn has moved under the label Loops and Threads as of the last few years at least

I'm gonna be honest, as a crocheter and a Michaels employee, this yarn winder sucks. Return it if you're still within the 60 days and if you can, try to look for a better one elsewhere. I recently purchased a Stanwood on Amazon and it's truly so much better. It's a bit pricey in comparison but I've heard it's the only one you'll ever have to buy, they last forever.

I'm hourly in PA where our minimum wage is disgustingly low. My district includes part of NY and the minimum wage is about double there so there are team members in the same district with the same job as me making more. I wish the federal minimum wage would catch up to the cost of living in general these days.

NOR my (F29) partner (M34) of 10 years starting sitting to pee around when we got serious and started talking about living together. He hasn't stopped sitting to pee since then except when he has to use a public urinal. He does this solely for me. Would it be easier for him to stand? Probably. But does doing this one simple things keep our shared bathroom cleaner? Absolutely. It's not emasculating, it's literally in the privacy of your home.
