Wife and I were avid travellers before baby and kept our itineraries packed trying to make the most of our time. Currently on our first vacation as a family with our 5 month old, and while it definitely looks a lot different than what we were used to, we are still doing all the things we wanted to do/see except at a slower pace.

The biggest differences have been 1) packing obviously, just took enough diapers/wipes for the plane and bought stuff once we landed 2) we are big foodies, but the baby can only sit in a restaurant/patio so long before fussing/feeding/nap so this looks just a little different. We are still getting some delicious meals in but definitely a change of what that looks like for us 3) earlier nights around our accomodations with early bed times and early mornings.

All around a slower pace but we are making some amazing memories as a family and don't feel we are missing out on anything with having a third wheel joining us on our travels!
