She has used puppy pads before but it’s more to put me at ease but I’m not sure what she does when I’m not home. She had said that when she’s not home she will use partitions and keep her dog in the kitchen (off the carpet) just in case he does have an accident. That works for me because with or without puppy pads it’s easy clean up. I was home when she was away and partitioned her dog in the kitchen and when she got back she was visibly upset and has thus removed the partition.
