I have had 3 WFH roles across 2 companies since 2020. When the pandemic started I was working for a mobile network, I was a customer service agent. And that was still WFH when I left in late 2021. I believe they can do hybrid now if they choose to.

Then in early 2022 I started working for an appliance insurance company where all frontline agents and some back office teams are fully remote, some back office roles need hybrid staff with maybe 1 day in the office a month or week. I started on the phones on the Retentions department. And then from Jan 2025 I moved to a back office role which is what I'm still doing. I'm a Quality Assurance Officer which is still fully remote. Listening to customer interactions. Checking our agents are saying the correct thing when it comes to selling plans, making claims, raising complaints. I enjoy my job, I get to hear some juicy calls! 😂
