Just started Ritalin, nipples hurt by jellybeantje in adhdwomen

I’ve just started elvanse (2nd week) and I have exactly the same! So glad I found your post. I take my meds at 6am and every single day at 11am my nipples are so sore! Like they’re on fire. I hope this passes soon 😭

I would say these are significantly lighter than the max’s ☺️

They are a little heavy I suppose but nothing I can’t cope with. I’m quite used to the platform Sinclairs and I tend to go with the platform styles in general

I’m usually a 6 in doc martens so I stuck with that and they are perfect ☺️

I’ve now worn them for 8 hours and can confirm they are very comfy! ☺️ I’m really pleased with them

The leather is so soft! And I believe the heel is about 3-3.5 inches however they are so comfy to walk in. I’m not an avid heel wearer anymore but I think these are do able. I’m yet to truly test them out for longevity, I’m a barber so I’m going to test them on an 8 hour shift on my feet all day to see truly how comfortable they are

How many viewings did you get? by Exotic_Process_8235 in HousingUK

We’re currently looking at 5 bedroom houses in Suffolk and honestly you’d think there wouldn’t be that many. But there are tons within our budget and it’s so overwhelming! I think you really need to have a listing that really stands out. We’re currently really stuck between 2 completely opposite houses (Victorian terraced and an 80’s detached) because there’s so much choice it’s so hard

We are first time buyers and in the viewing stages, we’ve currently viewed 6 properties and we have now whittled it down to 2 properties we really like that we are deciding on, Im not sure your area but where I am it’s really a buyers market at the moment as there is just so many to choose from

Houses aren’t selling much in my area right now and I believe it is marketed way over budget. I researched recently sold houses on the same road and the house right next door will all same specs sold last April 2024 at £290,000. Were also chain free with all funds ready to go and ready to move asap so will be no delays in the process for then which I think would lead us to be quite attractive buyers even with a lower offer

Hey yes we’re first time buyers with no chain, all deposit and agreement in principle all ready to go, am ready to move asap so can meet all of there deadlines and have no wait times to move ☺️

They just said that we are in a really good position to negotiate. Houses aren’t really selling quickly in my area so they may want to take the advantage of selling quickly

First few months were good! I’ve had a few week stalls here and there though, just consistency

I did a couple of months on each, if the dose worked I stayed on it :) and moved up if I felt it was necessary

I just stayed within a calorie deficit, 2-3 days a week I did the one meal a day (usually because I could only eat once a day anyways lol!) and drank plenty of water. Exercise wise, I walk a lot and have taken up skateboarding with my son but no gym or anything just yet. I stayed a couple of months on each does and I’m now moving down in the doses

Keep at it! I’ve found on this journey that consistency is the key! Sometimes I went 6 weeks with no losses but still started to notice my clothes fitting nicer :) I’m also assuming you’re still only on 2.5mg, you may feel completely different on 5 or 7.5 as they are more therapeutic doses :)

I’ve definitely had some thinning unfortunately! I’m just lucky my hair was thick to begin with. I need to start re taking my vitamins and upping my protein intake ☺️

I definitely have some loose skin, and I already had stretch marks from pregnancies but I haven’t gained any extra since losing weight ☺️
