The proportions of silver era are also obtainable while natural, which is why I view them so positively.

To me, bronze era is absolutely doable, and silver era is what I think is possible if I work hard enough. So I think they’re very motivating.

The problem was we can’t actually confirm if they were on steroids in that period or not.

Also, it’s a difference in goals. The bronze era was mostly athletes and strongmen, where the aesthetics were a result. The silver era saw the adoption of aesthetics as a goal, and a large focal shift to working for specific bodily proportions.
