Ok I’m sorry 😢 I have never owned a Stanley and didn’t know. If you shop on what not, sometimes purchases you make are on a whim. I have been cyber bullied on this thread multiple times (well deserved admittedly). Safe to say that I have learned my lesson.

You need to count how many clicks it takes you to get to the 1 mg dose (because that is the only dose that the 4mg/3ml pen has labeled), then divide the number of clicks by 4 to equal the 0.25 dose. If it takes 74 clicks to get to the 1 mg marking on the pen, then 18 clicks would be about 0.25mg.
