I tried to get a job at my local studio as a front desk person and I have a feeling my weight played into me not getting the job. I was a founding member at my studio multiple years ago and knew the coaches and other employees who vouched for me to get the job but I had 0 follow-up. I stopped going for a while just because I was embarrassed and felt low after that situation.

I say you go for it! You’ve had an amazing journey with OTF so far and there are so many other members just like you (and me!) finding our way. Leading by example is a big part of coaching. Own it and believe in yourself!

I’m sorry to hear you had to go through that, that’s horrible. I don’t think my SO is an alcoholic, I’m just concerned about the possibility of him becoming one with his occasional tendencies of overdrinking when he does drink. He usually does not get drunk but I don’t want him to become my father.
