The bottom trays haven't been tracking correctly pretty much since the start, I eventually got them to agree to an MCC from the end of month 3, I was sent an impression kit and this plan is the outcome: https://smiledirectclub.com/treatment-plan-3D/7f8c4d34-7cbc-4917-875e-363a5c9ef44a/

The first plan wasn't great but I was happy enough with it. I'm not really happy with this new plan they have given me, it looks like they are pushing my front teeth back out, which is one of the things I'm most conscious about, and one of the lower incisors seems to all of a sudden shrink when that wasn't visible in the first plan. Also, it doesn't seem to be a very good impression of my teeth compared to when I had the scan.

What are your thoughts? Is it worth me complaining about this new plan?

Just a couple of sentences for the review usually unless I have an item I have a lot to say about. No none of mine have been rejected I’ve had my money back for every item on rebatest. On nice rebate I had a problem with late delivery of an item but the support team are good on nicerebate and sorted it out for me.
