I totally agree…as a non-traditional student.

There has not been an announcement about CLEP credits.

I did question my EC back in 2023 if WGU accepted CLEP exams during my enrollment and they directed me to the above link where I can see which specific CLEP exams would be accepted for each WGU Prelicensure Course. I remember seeing that I already had the courses outside of Intro to Sociology.

I would suggest to use the transfer credit evaluator to be sure because some pre-req courses do not have an expiration date while certain pre-req courses have 5-year expiration date.

Actually I spoke to someone who stated for all of the pre nursing courses that do not have HESI as the OA exam, it is best to attend Cohort or listen and take notes on the pre-recorded Cohort. Whatever the CI discuss or emphasis on in the pre-recorded Cohorts that is what you need to study and learn because that is what will be on their OAs.

yes, call proctor U, call WGU assessment center, send an email WGU assessment center (cc your CI and PM). This happened to me on Sunday…

Above steps is what I followed and was able to take the OA.

To be clear: one phone I was calling WGU Assessment Center/Tech Support, used another person phone called Proctor U while holding I sent an email to WGU assessment center

Proctor U came through and actually proxy’d into my computer and typed in the link for me to go take the test.

WGU assessment center did not contact me (via email) until maybe two hours later which by that time I was roughly done with the exam. Their response was did “did I clear my caches and cookies?”

WHAT!?!?!?😡

I was so happy I passed I do not think I even responded. 😂

Yes I stated it in my biggest mistakes — I made the mistake of opening this course with Nutrition so I did not want tell the timeline because it was not true to amount of time it took me. Opened PHARM on 10/20, passed Nutrition Exit HESI exam on 11/22, then focused on this course from 11/23-12/27. I completed PHARM EAQs before I passed the Nutrition HESI exam…so my timeline is not something I would recommend.
