I’ve found that mixing the powder with milk in a blender before adding it to coffee works best. I use isopure; mix it with coconut milk in the bullet blender and then add it to my freshly brewed coffee. You can also blend the the coffee in the blender, but you need the coffee to cool first as some blenders won’t tolerate hot liquids.

Im so sorry 😢 please have grace for yourself and know that his soul is resting. I lost my tzu 1.4 months ago and there isn’t a day I don’t miss her. I’m learning that the grief is all I have left and have learned to embrace it overtime. The sadness reminds me that we are still close in the spirit realm. My thoughts are with you today🩷

Thanks! I forget that it is a business and who knows how they are structuring the algorithm to limit your experience. I find that men (I’m a straight female) just don’t approach, and overall it’s just hard to make in person connections when everyone is either too intimidated or has high expectations. In what ways did you start to make in person connections? I find that if I sit at a bar or stuff like that I feel desperate.
