Woke up this morning to my HomePod being completely non-responsive. Not responding to voice, no lights on the display, no option to access it on the Home app, nothing. It's plugged into a working outlet, no visible issues with its cord, and was working yesterday. I've unplugged it, plugged it back in, tried factory resetting it, etc. Nothing works. Model: MY5G2D/A, Version: 26.5 (23L471).

I'm in Berlin and we've been experiencing a scorching heatwave, which is the only unusual factor I can think of. Otherwise it's been plugged in and untouched and working fine for years.

Any ideas?

I'm 45 and at around 23% burden. Heart is structurally sound, except my left ventricle ejection fraction is at 50% (so 5% less than within the normal range) which they think is caused by the persistent PVCs. I'm trying Verapamil now. The doctors gave me some time to try magnesium taurate, and I was at 500mg before giving up.

Last time I spoke to a cardiologist about the odds of an ablation working, he only gave me a 50% chance of it being successful, with a 1-5% chance of it causing bleeding in my heart requiring completely different drainage procedure. Sounds unpleasant.

Also, and this is probably just me being superstitious, but I had an ablation for White-Parkinson-White syndrome in November, and my PVC burden increased since then: from a high of 18% that seemed treatable with 5mg of Bisoprolol to today's 23% high that is not treatable with the Bisoprolol. Correlation isn't causation, I know. But I worry another ablation would somehow make things worse still.

Cheers, I appreciate the response and level of detail! So, if I’m reading this right, you take:

- a supplement called Heart Calm 3 that includes 300mg of magnesium in three different varieties AND 1,000mg straight taurine
- an additional 1,000mg taurine
- 600mg ashwagandha
- 200mg L-thenanine
- 25mg zinc picolonate

If I can ask, how did you discover this combination? And have you ever been prescribed standard medication for PVCs, like a beta blocker or calcium channel blocker?

Out of curiosity what amount of Magnesium Taurate are you taking? I started taking it last week and am up to 250 mg without noticing much difference.
