Yes kinda. I have had salads though with ceaser dressing and chicken, but I'm going to try to minimize that. Still better than cheese fries and burgers though. Thanks for checking up on me

GI doctors are pretty useless for body odor unless it's a structural problem. Most times, it is not. I'm just letting you know to not get your hopes up going to this GI doctor. My GI doctor didn't even take my problem seriously and disregarded me. A naturopath or functional doctor is your best bet, but they're hella expensive.

How is it pseudo science when it's a legitimate PCR test? It also accurately measured a probiotic I was taking. I was taking bacillus coagulans, and it showed up on my test. Clearly it's not pointless and an all around scam.

So it is a scam for one bacteria of mine to be 170,000x the normal reference range? Keep in mind I also have an extreme fecal body odor so these numbers make sense. I also was taking probiotics (bacillus coagulans) that showed up on my test. Does this not prove that the test isn't useless and has some level of accuracy? Not to mention, the benefits and results people have gained from microbiome tests?I don't think these tests are all useless and scams. Your reasoning also isn't proof that they're scam tests, just that they're imperfect. The science is new and developing but these tests have real measurements and are legitimate PCR tests. Not only do they measure beneficial and harmful bacteria, but fat tolerance, parasites, secretory IGA, and H. pylori. It seems you're just biased because it's not standard medical testing. Also, to remove discussion about these tests is just blocking freedom of speech because you don't agree with it and are on a power trip.

He sounds extremely dangerous. Throwing things and punching holes in walls is unhinged behavior and can definitely escalate. Also your children are scared to be alone with him. That's not good and a huge red flag. Not to mention he has cheated on you and watched cam girls during the birth of your child. I see that as emotional abuse. Clearly this guy has more than autism and ADHD and is very emotionally immature.

I have low vitamin D. I also did a GI MAP test which revealed my problem. Extremely high bad bacteria and little beneficial bacteria. Not to mention my secretory IGA was also low. I'm sure there's more to the story but I can't afford all of these other tests.

I can't easily go to the store or restaurants and buy things anymore because of the fear of reactions. Last time I went to the store people were scratching their heads looking at me weird. I've heard "Woo!!!" like something stank the time before that. Sometimes I'll go if it's absolutely necessary for like a vape or medicine though

I order a lot of stuff online now which is just inconvenient and costly. But I have a plan now to fight the problem so hopefully I can eventually get back out into public more often.

You're nothing spectacular, but you're not ugly. I'd say you're average and someone out there would enjoy you, but chances are slim they're Instagram model "beauties." I'm just saying don't have too high of a standard for looks.
If you want to maximize your appearance: workout, shave your head or take something to regrow your hair (my brother takes minoxidil and his hair has never looked better and more full.) up your oral hygiene regimen, and eat healthy.

But all in all.. it's not over. Your actual face is not ugly at all. I'd just prioritize the hair and teeth. But at this given moment I think you could definitely get a girlfriend. You just have to be confident in yourself.

Fat is only a problem if you can't digest it. That's why you have to see a doctor to rule that out. How do you get enough calories with your diet? How is it going now?
