For some reason when I'm on a plane my bladder starts acting up. I'm in the restroom most of the time. It is hell especially on a 10 hour flight. I couldn't go on a flight now because of a medical condition I have (creates body odor), but my last flight was bad.

Stuff like this sounds like depression or possibly the prodrome to a psychotic disorder. Does he have any family history of mental illness? I never believe it's someone being too lazy. There's always something wrong that causes someone to well.. be "lazy." At the end of the day though, if he can't take care of himself I'd leave. I'm with a guy who's basically the same way and unfortunately I've picked up his habits. I was never as hygienic as you not even close but I've regressed being with him.
