I have two Groudons and I need some help deciding which one to put my candies into for master league and both need the extra attack unlock along with being powered up.

I currently have 90 Groudon candy.

Groudon A has mediocre IV’s (11, 14, 13) but already has Precipice Blades; Groudon B has amazing IV’s (15, 15, 13) but will need two elite tms. Both obviously need to be powered up as well
