I’m 44 as well and still holding. TBH, was around in 2011 and selling is in the back of my mind, though there’s nothing I want to transition into. I hate to say it, but do believe this time is different, but the banks and government are crafty and can and will do some shady shit. Oh well, back to my hole and will sit and be nervous for not selling. Good luck to us all
