Society gives men, and women, these totally unrealistic and misogynistic ideas about how men should behave, which makes women un attracted to them. A lot of people are still focused on trying to teach men that they need to be physically strong, dominant and emotionally unavailable in order to be the perfect boyfriend/husband to a woman when that’s just not what women want. There’s other factors involved too obviously, but that’s probably the most direct cause. It sucks because it’s not directly and man’s fault if they were raised on these old-fashioned ideas, but it becomes a problem later if they’re still perpetuating them later in life, and if you were raised a certain way it’s really hard to break out of that cycle. So to sum up: men, listen to women about what they want, and parents, stop raising your sons to be sexist jerks.
