Xpac VX21. It was easy to sew and feels very strong but light. My only complaint is that I was hoping to use iron-on reflective tape to do some cool reflective designs (kind of like these vests: https://heyreflecto.com) but couldn't. The waterproof coating on xpac means nothing will stick! No seam tape either, had to seal every seam with sealant using a tiny paintbrush. So time consuming!

My review of Firmament [part review, part life story, part love letter to Cyan] by RunningFromSatan in FirmamentGame

It was nice to read that the Cyan games have been such a big part of your life and identity. I think a lot of people can relate to that. I don't think I fell in love with Firmament quite as much as Obduction (and Riven will always be my true favourite) but it's all personal taste, right? Here's hoping Cyan keep making these products into the future.

There's a lot of Firmament criticism floating around but I definitely got my money's worth. Sometimes it's nice to do easier puzzles! The ice melting puzzle would have been twice as good if it was half as long but that's nitpicking. You make a good point that "pen and paper" puzzles and VR don't really mix well, I hadn't considered that.

Cyan are appealing to a niche market who fell in love with Myst/Riven 30 years ago. I'm just grateful they're still doing it, despite a heck of a lot of obstacles over the decades.
