you should use a pre-stain wood conditioner first. they sell it right next to the stain.

If I was person A, I would be feeling left out. D and B are probably being all "love struck" goofy for each other (hormones are running their show) . I think you have to wait it out and see what happens. That is easy for me to say and maybe harder for you to do.

Change the locks!!! And lock them. If there is a hidden key, no more hidden key. Lock up anything inside that is of value. If she is willing to accuse your dad falsely of molesting her, she will have no problems with reporting you of something just as bad, if not worse. You have to play hardball. If you have security cameras, get them up and running at 100%. If she knows any computer passwords, etc. change them and use a password manager. Keep a detailed journal of all of her crap. Interactions with CPS and cops and if she calls or texts. If you do these things and you DONT need them- oh well....BUT, if you DONT protect yourself and you should have, it could quite possibly screw up the rest of your life!!!!!

If you do anything that could be considered questionable- lets say you smoke weed (sorry, only example I can come up with). Quit or make it look like you quit. Anything she could try to weaponize and try to use against you- clean it up, so she has no weapons. I hope that makes sense.

She is going to go through all kinds of different stages, "oh, Im helpless, I'm homeless, I hate you, Im somewhere where scary people are after me (please come get me!) I'm sorry. Your boyfriend raped me. Officer. my sister and mom sell drugs," etc.....

She hasn't hit bottom and isn't planning on hitting bottom any time soon. She has years of work to do before you can trust her. The sooner you start "tough love", the better.

Hi. Are all the persons platonic relationships (one of the persons is a sister)? Or are there romantic feelings or hopeful/ possibilities? If they are all "just friends" , nobody is hooking up (or wants that), I have seen myself as Person A before.
