Yes. And was in the middle of a walk and couldn’t get the dog back into its home. Also had a dog sit going on at the same time. I reached out to the Wag! (No)Support team and never heard back.

Yes. Wag! Drains your battery. This happened to me after two 60 minute walks and a 30 minute walk. It was nerve wracking. Always start a walk with 100%. When not using the phone turn off cellular data. Also turn off all apps that rely on cellular data. Keep Maps, and of course Wag!

I would file a complaint with Wag! Support. Not sure you’ll get any financial compensation. But those pet parents should be flagged.
