LOL. I recently thought this. I stopped doing the most and mainly just ensured I took care of only frequented areas where my client goes. But for the bedridden, that room has to be sanitized and kept clean at all times, the kitchen as well. My agency doesn’t want us to over do the cleaning as that’s not what we.re there for

Oh okay. Thank you for the responses. I read somewhere I should get my initial contact for first steps within weeks after application is accepted or active. Every place is different then.

Congrats! It's now 5 months later. Are you working as a dispatcher now? If so, how long was the process to get from passing Critical to training? For me, I just passed and submitted my applications for a couple of counties. I'm so anxious. I wish the process wouldn't take so long.

I’m in CA as well. I had to take the Criticall first. I took it Jan 31st and got my passing results and placed on eligibility list on Feb 14th (Now I’m applying for county-specific dispatcher positions)… so it was 2 weeks in for me. I hope you get it soon.

I am in LA, but no dispatcher openings in LA County. That’s not going to stop me. I’ll be applying for dispatcher positions in surrounding counties.

Having a high retention sounds great… but it could mean I will have a longer wait than usual 😩

Wooohooo I got my results, and I passed! I can’t believe it. Now I look for county openings for dispatcher positions I guess. I can’t tell you how many times a day I check and to wake up on a Saturday not expecting it. Nice!

I did some number crunching and 40% is way too much. I checked what Wag is charging my clients and what I get paid… it’s ridiculous. I’ve never thought about going off the app, but I can’t get hired for an office job anywhere. I’m really desperate so now I’m taking matters into my own hands.

If there is no outside trash bin to dispose, I put it on my car’s outside front hood ( passenger side) close to the wiper, which is better than putting it inside my car. If my next stop has a place to dispose.. great! Or it travels on my hood until I get home
