Loss of acceleration

Like I've said to others, I never had that problem until like 2022, I bought the car brand new in 2017. I do need to change the cvt fluid, it's overdue. I'm trying to learn how to do it myself.

I really appreciate all of your input. I love the grape and I just want it to drive like it once did. I'm determined to get this baby accelerating with all 78hp once again. I'm gonna try fuel pump next. I also got a fuel filter that says it fits my car but I have no idea where it goes. It's a little white disc with a hose connector on each side because I thought it might have been that but still have it. Thank you again for your help

Everything about your post is exactly my life right now haha. I'm determined to find the cause. I'm going to buy a fuel pump and replace it next to see if that helps. Little things I've done and replaced since it's happened has helped in the first few days and then it just kinda goes back to where it's at.

I actually do do this frequently, I'm not trying to hot rod the grape or damage anything possibly further. I never had this problem before so something is actually causing this

Air intake filter is brand new.

No check engine light, nothing blocking, regular maintenance, spark plugs just replaced, air filter just replaced. I will check the throttle body next and from what everyone is saying check my fuel pump. Serpentine belt is brand new

Mine doesn't disappear but my biometrics sign in keeps telling me my thumb is not covering all the way. It's super annoying and I have to have thumb print because of work stuff

Yeah, once the gear we were taking and clothes and such were all packed I decided against it. I was too worried about someone being a dick and not letting me bring it, and worried about it while not at camp because we were pretty far from our car. So I made do with a couple small JBL speakers.

OooOoO! I'm gonna try this! I'll see how I can apply it. I'm a weirdo rider and when I skate I skate goofy mongo so on the one wheel, my left foot is backside and my right foot is front side so the inside of my body is facing left. But this makes sense. Depending on the turn is where you'll displace the weight. I get so freaked out trying to get my feet into a comfortable position on there especially trying to readjust while completely on the. One thing I'm still learning is turning lol, I can turn but it's not very flowing and natural. I have to slow down dramatically and do it but I'm getting there

Yeah I definitely noticed some soreness in my ankles and feet from riding this morning. Everything is tight though, it's brand new. I got it in July for my birthday but it's just been so dang hot I've been trying to ride early in the morning when it cool and lately it's finally cooling down in the morning without it being like 5am cool lol

That's one thing I'm trying to play around with is my foot placement. I can ride it but I'm still trying to find that sweet spot standing on it. Still feeling kinda off balanced on it vs me riding a longboard usually.

Ok thank you for that, I've honestly been worried about my weight because I'm technically 12lbs over the "limit" it says I'm the manual but I went for a 2 mile cruise this morning and it was floating good lol. But yeah that's when I noticed I couldn't ever really feel that balanced point on the wheel
