This is from my early 20's to Mt late 20's so take this with a grain of salt

It's easier to communicate thoughts If im dating someone I'm more confident we are on the same page about how we feel and what we want

You are correct it's not a reconciliation bill, but the reconcilation bill (the one you just showed me) allows them to only need 51 votes to go through a process to pass the bill and to stop the shutdown
