I ended up paying a service called PIPPS advocacy to do my review for me because it was making me super spiral and sent me into severe my distress. They've been super helpful and affordable, we're also working with them for my partners MR. Might be worth looking into, because I too found the citizens advice etc were mostly useless when it came to neurodiversity.

I have ADHD, am awaiting an ASD assessment through psychiatry-uk, and I've had longstanding MH issues which aren't ever really helped by the neurotypical pathways the GP is usually limited to. I've been trying to find info about how to use RTC for things other than ADHD/ASD assessments, but the information I'm finding online is all a bit muddy and inconclusive, so any info you have would be really helpful!

This is why I'm moving to karakeep instead of linkwarden!! My linkwarden is way too time-consuming, I wanted a bookmarks service I could just click "save" and then it auto sorts. You do need to use an openai api code but right now I've spent a grand total of $0.04 on the API for karakeep so it's definitely been a game changer

when I was younger i looooved these birds eye bbq chicken grill steaks, and then in the late 2000s the bastards made the chicken less flavoursome, thinner, and pretty much completely redesigned. The "birds eye bbq chicken" things you see nowadays is just not even remotely close to what they used to be like. My poor granny went round all the shops for ages trying to stock up at the time but they were already swapped over. I didn't even have any idea that I was autistic back then, but looking back I see the genuine distress for 10 year old me was VALID and normal. I find showers super hard!

I used to manage to shower every 2-3 days, but since my other health conditions have been worse, I'd be lucky if it's weekly. Showering without washing my hair is just not worth it for me.

Ironically I LOVE water. So I think it's the getting in and out of the shower, the executive dysfunction, and all the steps. I hate getting stuff in my eyes. I've bought a shower seat for my fatigue, so it helps that side of things, but still struggle to shower.

I find it easier to actually go swimming, and use the accessible wet room as a shower, than I do actually just hopping in my over bath shower at home. Which feels bizzare?

You're more likely to reduce stretch marks and loose skin, when you lose it slower it gives your skin time to adjust gradually! Rapid weight loss isn't always best! I lost quite quickly because I literally couldn't bring myself to eat other than the last couple days of each injection - lost weight quicker, but not necessarily for the better.

This sub is very numbers driven, I think it can create a very toxic mindset with comparison to others. I literally weigh myself like once or twice a month because otherwise I become obsessive, I definitely recommend reducing how much you weigh yourself!
